All forms and waivers must be complete before session can begin. Your non refundable deposit will be applied towards the balance of your facial appointment time slot. All Card transactions will have a 2.5% convenience fee. If you need to reschedule, please give at last 48 hours notice, or a new deposit must be made to book another appointment. Deposit will only be forfeited if you’re a no-show to your scheduled appointment. Late Policy: I do not rush or cut treatment times short. I believe that you should receive the best of your reserved time. 15 or more minutes late is subject to cancellation or reschedule. No Show and Same Day Cancellations will result in a fee of $100 to the card on file which will be charged 30 minutes into your missed session. Your deposit will be included in this fee. Please do not knock, rattle, bang on front door or window as there may be a facial in session, at the time the door can remain locked for client and service provider safety. Location: Skin from Mars 7636 N Ingram STE 106 Fresno Ca 93711 Additional Guests: No additional guests or children are permitted to wait in lobby areas or treatment rooms 72 hours before and after your appointment •No Rx Retinol/topicals or acne spot treatments •No shaving, threading, or waxing •No tanning or sun exposure (vacations/sunburns) •If someone in your household is sick 1 week before your appointment •No cold sores or fiver blisters or hives •No at home exfoliants or BHA/AHA/at home peels •No symptoms of sickness (cold, flu, covid, etc.) Reschedule •You’ve experienced a sunburn or cold sore in the last week •Wait 2 weeks of you have had injections; botox, filler, microblading, laser •If you or someone in your household is sick Prices and Services: Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I do best to keep you up to date on any new treatments or changes that may occur. I also encourage everyone to inquire about pricing and available treatments at the time of booking. Facials create increased blood flow circulation and may result in redness, blotchy skin & breaking out (purging or detoxing) which subsides within 24-72 hours post facial. Although, this may or may not happen; it is important for me to know if there is any irritation. If you have any concerns please do not wait to reach out.
